Interested in a career in driving? Want to build your skills and experience with ease? Well, you've come to the right place.

On our Large Goods Vehicle (LGV) Driver Apprenticeship, you'll spend our 13-month programme learning all about professional driving and building key skills that'll stay with you for the rest of your career. 

You'll be the wheels of our operation, connecting our network from A to B as part of the largest and most recognisable LGV fleet in the UK. All while earning money and working towards a recognised qualification.

Our apprenticeship programmes vary in length depending on the subject, ranging from just over 12 months to up to 4 years. Take a look at the job ad for the programme you're looking for to find out more.

How old do I have to be to apply for an apprenticeship?

For our LGV Drivers, you must be over 21, and for a Degree Apprenticeship, it’s 18 years and over. All our other apprenticeships are open to everyone over 16 years old.

What qualifications do I need to get onto an apprenticeship programme?

What qualifications do I need to get onto an apprenticeship programme?

Again, entry requirements differ for each apprenticeship subject and level. Some apprenticeships at Level 2 or equivalent will require you to have English and Maths qualifications, whilst others may need some additional qualifications on top of that. Specific entry requirements will be detailed on each programme's job ad. 

What are the accepted GCSE equivalent qualifications?

What are the accepted GCSE equivalent qualifications?

Should your apprenticeship require you to have GCSE qualifications, Key skills communications at Level 2 in Numeracy and Literacy is one acceptable alternative to Maths and English GCSEs (Level 4/C grade and above). Some apprenticeships may also require an acceptable Level 2 qualification as an equivalent to GCSE Science (Level 4/C grade and above). Other common examples are GNVQ and NVQ Level 2 qualifications in appropriate subjects.
